Summerhouse information page:
All our summerhouses are graded as heavy duty. They are constructed of solid
pine throughout, walls,roof and floor, except for the larger summerhouses which
we put a caberboard floor in - this is a bonded waterproof interlocking board
that is extremely strong, stronger than the pine.
The pine is redwood tongue and grooved pine, the best quality, and is nominally
19mm thick. If you prefer the loglap finish it adds 10% to the price.
All the framing is planed at either 2" x 2" or 2" x 1".
They all come with black antique ironmongery and have a 5 lever lock as standard.
40 kg green mineral felt is used on the roof (the heaviest normally available)
some other manufacturers use 10kg grade!
We pride ourselves in the quality of buildings we sell, and although ours may
not be the cheapest, we feel you will not find a building of our quality, anywhere,
for the same price!
Not all summerhouses, however, are the same! There is a lot of rubbish to be
had, at not always cheap prices!
All our prices include delivery and installation, all we require is a level
base of either slabs or concrete and good access to the site.
A level base is vital because if it is not level you can get problems with doors
and windows sticking.
We can advise you on the most suitable base needed for your building.
We are currently working on approximately 4/5 weeks delivery, this varies slightly
during the year.
In order to place an order, we just need a deposit with the balance then being
paid on installation.
We can take a Bank transfer or cheque for the deposit. The balance we recommend
paying by either cheque, card or Bank transfer.
