Specifications and standard features – included in the price:
· LINED AND INSULATED WALLS:
These garden offices include fully lined and have insulated walls with 70mm
x 45mm softwood framework together with a vapour barrier.
40mm foil backed high quality insulation board is fitted between the framework
and fully lined with 9mm white primed mdf board.
· INSULATED FLOOR:
The fully insulated floor with 140mm x 45mm pressure treated floor joists. The floor is a moisture resistant particle board with 50mm polystyrene insulation fitted between the joists.
· LINED AND INSULATED ROOF:
The fully lined and insulated roof has a 40mm foil backed high quality insulation board in place and is finished off throughout with a 9mm primed flat mdf board.
· EXTERNAL WOOD STAINS:
The garden office is treated as standard with a high quality micro-porous woodstain in a translucent antique pine shade. Micro-porous woodstains are impervious to water but not to water vapour which allows the wood to breath.
· HIGH SPECIFICATION DOORS AND WINDOWS:
The doors and windows in our garden office are similar to those used in modern house building with high performance PVCu frames and sashes. Features include multi-chamber frame profiles and sealed unit double glazing. All sashes are fitted with draught excluders and high quality ironmongery.
· LENGTH AND WIDTH:
In the sizes and prices chart the first dimension is the width and the second
dimension is the depth.
The width refers to the angled gable wall. All sizes quoted are external office
sizes unless otherwise stated.
· OPTIONAL EXTRAS:
Electrical first fix with cables positioned behind the internal lining (excludes
fittings)
Choice of door positions on the left or right (viewed from the outside)
Choice of fully glazed or half glazed doors

· COLOURED EXTERNAL PAINT FINISH:
A high quality paint system with a choice of opaque colours is available as an option to the standard woodstain finish. Colours are only as accurate as reproductive techniques allow.
· INTERNAL PAINT FINISH:
The internal lining boards are 9mm mdf which can be painted any colour of your choice.
